Plain-language summary
Orbital Atlas has no accounts, advertising, analytics, social features, or location tracking. It does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or precise location.
Information stored on your device
The app stores a small preference indicating your selected soundtrack or whether sound is off. Installed web versions may also cache application files, images, and audio on your device so the observatory can load reliably. You can clear this information through your browser or operating-system app settings.
Network services
The web version is delivered by Cloudflare Pages and requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps under their own policies. Scientific source links open only when you choose them.
Children and educational use
Orbital Atlas presents general astronomy education and does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other user.

This notice will be updated if data practices change. Questions can be sent through the support contact shown on the Orbital Atlas App Store or Google Play listing.
